720 Aerial Arts Studio was founded in 2024 by Lisa Rogers. Lisa has practiced aerial arts for 9 years and is certified through Aerial Physique’s teacher training program in Los Angeles. She has performed in multiple showcases over the span of many years, and her passion is watching others progress through challenges, realizing they can do things they never thought they could do.
Our Mission Statement
To be a welcoming environment, open to anyone eager to learn to fly, while building strength and endurance in a fun and safe space.
Our Focus
We seek to be as knowledgeable as possible in aerial arts for safety reasons but also to best help our students to reach their goals. We are consistently seeking continuing education opportunities to better serve our students’ needs. Our classes are a high intensity workout and therefore require expertise and proper training. We emphasize proper form and technique, not just to look pretty, but also to prevent injury. We educate our students as best we can on the Why’s of conditioning and technique, and encourage our students to ask questions. Whether your goal is to get stronger, do a pull-up, invert in the air, or do a whole choreographed routine, we are here for it!
What is our class structure?
At 720 Aerial Arts Studio, our primary focus will be on Aerial Silks and Sling classes while incorporating a blend of the strength-building benefits of yoga and Pilates. We include warm-up, stretching, and conditioning as a part of every class. Students will experience a full-body workout that not only focuses on mastering techniques in the silks and sling but also incorporates proper conditioning practices and flexibility training. Expect to improve your core strength, balance, and mobility, progress through challenging levels, all while enjoying a supportive atmosphere among fellow aerial enthusiasts.
What are our class offerings?
Our regular group classes are open to individuals aged 12 years and up, with adults of all ages warmly welcomed to join in the fun and fitness! Each group class is a 6 person maximum and on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to empower every student to fly, build strength, and enhance their flexibility, regardless of their starting point. For those looking for personalized attention and tailored instruction, private lessons are available upon request, ensuring a customized experience as you progress on your aerial journey. Keep an eye out for announcements on upcoming classes and special events!
